    • Architected and built the NestJS backend for Zion Taxi, an in-house ride-hailing product live with 300+ drivers, owning module boundaries, the fare-pricing strategy, caching design, and the RBAC permission model end to end.
    • Implemented the platform's transactional core: Razorpay integration, commission and ledger settlement, and rider debt/balance resolution.
    • Wrote and maintain the platform's test suite in Jest — 231 backend and 57 frontend spec files, roughly 3,700 cases covering payments, access control, fare pricing, PII masking, and realtime gateways.
    • Built the conversation orchestration core and pgvector-backed retrieval for Innkraft's AI hotel sales agent, a LangChain/LangGraph assistant handling guest bookings over WhatsApp and Telegram for around five hotel clients.
    • Own the company's cloud infrastructure: GCP IAM policies, load balancers, CDNs, and secret management across every product line.
    • Replaced a manual multi-step deploy with a Bash automation that pulls a versioned image from Artifact Registry, updates the Compose service, and restarts affected containers.
