Built the conversation orchestration core, a pgvector-backed RAG retrieval system, and the admin API for an AI hotel sales agent handling guest conversations and booking flows over WhatsApp and Telegram. Includes a scripted regression-eval framework that acts as the system's primary conversation-quality safety net.
